Her latest role was VP of Merchandising which is her strong suit since she loves the strategy side of the business.
Erin's many top skills include excellent communication, cross-functional team leadership, project management, passionate problem solving, and motivating others to success. In addition, Erin is fantastic with global supply chain management, financial analysis, negotiation, product development, strategic thinking, product and assortment management, continuous process improvement, brand partnerships and positioning, patent strategy, and vendor relationships.
