What is the Emerging Blue story?

The story of Emerging Blue began in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It was the start of a new day, endless possibilities, an opportunity to create something new.  While overlooking the morning horizon and embracing the many colors of the blue sky, Emerging Blue was born.

Emerging Blue is the idea that every day, there is someone or something to start anew. A new company, a new job, a new employee. To reinvent and recreate. Our Founder, Scott Gibree, believed in this wholeheartedly and set out to turn his background and experience in HR and Recruiting into a new opportunity.  To create a firm which is focused on brands, embraces those seeking help, personally relating to and supporting those looking for change, and providing a meaningful and human touch to all areas of HR.

Where are you located?

We service locations throughout the United States.



As a person looking for a job, is there a fee to use your agency and how does it work?

There’s no fee. You can simply view our jobs and apply to any of them. View jobs here. When a job comes along that we think would be a good fit for you, we’ll reach out to you.



Can I make an appointment to speak with a recruiter?

Yes. We ask that you send over your resume and portfolio first so we can contact you via phone or Zoom. Send it to info@emergingblue.com



How do I know if my resume was received?

You can submit your resume by applying for a job. This is the best way for us to receive your resume. You can apply to as many jobs as you would like. You will receive a confirmation email for us when you apply.



When will I hear from someone?

We receive many resumes daily, and it takes time to review each one. If your resume and/or portfolio stand(s) out to us, we will reach out to you directly.



I am working with your agency. How do I log my hours?

Log your hours by following this link to our time management system.



I am working with your agency as a temporary freelancer. How often do I get paid?

We send out checks every 2 weeks.



How do I participate in Emerging Blue’s Referral Bonus Plan?

Refer a friend, coworker, or candidate who is unknown to us and if they are placed in a full-time job, you earn $750. Hired referrals must be employed for 90 days for bonuses to be paid out.
