Founders, Tanner Sutton, Jenna Elliot, and Austin Elliot, always asked themselves why there wasn’t a more comfortable performance shirt in the market. As innovators, they decided to create it and bring it to reality.
Together, they set out to create Free Fly Apparel around natural comfort designed for the outdoor lifestyle. They are predominately a DTC business and have a growing, independent base of 350+ accounts. The Senior Director of Marketing will oversee all brand strategy and marketing functions for their growing brand. You will be a key player at the table to ensure SCOUT is powerfully positioned in the market to attract, connect and influence customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
