The Director of Sales Operations needs to be able to identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure system/reporting accuracy while garnering support from cross functional teams in order to implement and execute necessary changes. This person will also lead the style level forecast planning process in coordination with sales and planning. A successful Director of Sales/Ops be a true project and process leader and will have a significant voice in cross functional operations.
