The Director of Sourcing & Production will lead a team which is responsible for the development, execution, and communication of the production and supply chain related strategies. This role interfaces with cross functional teams that include Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Finance, and Distribution who are collectively responsible for product and strategies to support end-to-end process. This role will develop and oversee the production lifecycle from product development handover to receipt of product in the DC. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to see the bigger picture and influence/evolve overall department processes as well as manage multiple suppliers with various production schedules, costing, quality and efficiencies while still providing support and guidance to the team.
