We’re hiring a Payroll Manager for an activewear brand based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing and managing all payroll-related tasks. You will have the chance to serve as a key contributor to a high-growth environment and strengthen your understanding of both operational and technical payroll processes. Daily responsibilities include collecting and updating employee information, verifying working hours, commissions, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The Payroll Manager must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, communicate effectively, meet deadlines while challenging existing processes and implementing change to improve efficiency, accuracy or compliance where appropriate.
