We are hiring! Our amazing client SCOUT is searching for smart, dynamic people to join their team. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Director of Operations & Business Systems, with a consumer goods background, to build and lead the first Operations team at SCOUT. Reporting to the Co-Founder & President, you will drive scalable operations programs while overseeing multiple distribution channels including dropshipping, EDI, 3rd party fulfillment and MTO (made-to-order). You must have strong experience in e-commerce, understanding of web platform functionality and have proven success in managing the end-to-end process from the receipt of online orders to customer delivery, ensuring top customer service and satisfaction.
