Director of eCommerce:
Responsible for leading and growing the eCommerce business for consumer driven company. We are positioned for significant growth in the years ahead and we need a passionate, high-energy, results oriented leader that can drive our online business to new levels. The right candidate will have a passion for the health and beauty category, the drive to flawlessly execute on strategic goals, and able to adapt to the ever-changing retail environment. Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use customer data in ground-breaking ways are a must. Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for detail required. He/she should be innovative, team oriented, and an effective communicator, as well as have a desire to participate in a fast-paced environment.
This role calls for an individual who can determine, then drive, any initiatives necessary to grow the websites online sales, working in partnership with the enterprise merchandising, marketing, operations and technical teams.
